Motherhood is beautiful but incredibly hard, and it can also be very lonely. You might be scared to reach out or talk about the bad stuff in case people judge and think you’re “a bad mum”, so you drive yourself crazy with a negative headspace and emotions like mum-guilt. But I don’t want that for you, my friend. Here, I will be open, vulnerable, and honest, and I will talk about everything: the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly.

MEET THE writer
the imperfect mum of 3 boys
1 who is neurodivergent, 1 who is in the chaos of toddlerhood, and 1 who went to heaven too soon.
A faith-filled motherhood journey navigating grief & loss while mothering through neurodiversity & toddler tantrums.
A grieving mother with a history of 2 miscarriages, and a son who passed away unexpectedly at 7 months old.
Lived experience of mental health illness, both pre- and post-having children
Lynn is here to share her musings on life, motherhood, and mental health, intertwined with her faith & grief. Her mission is to help light up the darkness, inspire, and help other mums feel seen & less alone.
